Four times a year, Robbins Rehabilitation works together with a local charity to help raise money and awareness. This fall we will be partnering the Huntington’s Disease Society of America and participating the Lehigh Valley Team Hope Walk. It will be taking place September 13 at 10 am at the Upper Saucon Community Park, Bethlehem PA.
Huntington’s Disease is a fatal genetic disease that affects a person’s physical and mental abilities during their prime working years. At this point it has no cure. Every child born to a parent who has this will have a 50/50 chance of contracting this disease. We are supporting this organization, not only because it is a good cause, but also because it touches our company personally. This year we lost Todd Robbins’ father-in-law, Jim Pryce to this disease. Please join us in our goal to walk and raise money so we can help to improve the lives affected by Huntington’s Disease everywhere.
